Our colocation plans listed on the NCXHost website are unmanaged by default. We provide rack space, redundant electricity, cooling, internet/network connectivity, and rack infrastructure support. Server-level work such as OS installation, software setup, debugging, or hardware troubleshooting is not included in the standard colocation plan.
If you need help with your own server hardware, operating system, software, applications, RAID, BIOS, IPMI/iDRAC, or physical component handling, we can assist through our Remote Hands Support. For unmanaged colocation customers, this is charged at ₹1999 + GST per hour, with 30-minute billing increments where applicable.
Yes. We offer a Fully Managed Colocation Add-on at ₹7999 + GST per month, in addition to your existing colocation plan. This includes up to 20 hours of management support per month, covering tasks such as debugging, OS installation, software installation, basic configuration, hardware checking, remote hands support, and general maintenance assistance.
